About the Hawai'i Songwriting Festival:

Hawai'i Songwriting Festival (formerly Kaua'i Music Festival) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2002. For twelve years, our organization ran the annual KMF Songwriter's Conference on Kaua'i, and in 2015 we moved to Hawai'i Island (the Big Island). 

Our Mission: to embody the Aloha spirit through music by developing, supporting, sharing, and promoting education and collaboration among musicians and music professionals from local, mainland, and international music communities.

We accomplish our mission through a series of educational, networking, open mic, and showcase events held in Hawai'i and on the mainland throughout the year, culminating in the Hawai'i Songwriting Festival music conference each summer.
