    I hereby represent that by registering to attend the 2018 Hawai'i Songwriting Festival (the "Festival"), I will respect the Festival, the creative environment, and my fellow songwriters, and will in no way harm or infringe upon any copyrighted material that my fellow attendees own. I acknowledge that all registered attendees have agreed to and are required to act in accordance with these terms, however I will in no way hold the Festival responsible or liable should another attendee act in breach of these terms. Furthermore, I understand that portions of the Festival will be filmed and photographed, and I grant the Festival organizers permission to use my name, likeness, appearance, voice, and like attributes (my "Likeness") in promotional materials. Selecting the button below marked “I agree to the terms and conditions above” constitutes my electronic signature agreeing to be bound by these terms.
